The Mingei International Museum in San Diego, California, is the new home for the Bead Museum collection! The Mingei is a folk art, craft, and design museum in Balboa Park, where many of San Diego’s museums are located. The first time the newly incorporated collection will be seen is the New Jewelry New Medium polymer clay exhibit this December. The Mingei is also accepting a substantial portion of the Bead Museum’s library.
